We warmly invite you to a unique musical experience.
In this safe and professionally guided space, you can experience how healing sounds and frequencies from various instruments gently lead you into body awareness. Based on our many years of experience in process-oriented and music-based settings, we offer you an intense experience that is not only relaxing but also transformative.
We begin with playful warm-up exercises and create an opportunity to dive deeper into body awareness and feeling through a blindfold. Accompanied by live music, we will guide you through a Blind Dance Journey that step by step brings you closer to a deeper connection with your body. This experience helps release tension and opens the space for inner reflection. By using your own body as a sound instrument, you gradually become part of the “orchestra” by intuitively creating sounds.
Afterward, the focus shifts to our voices. In the singing circle, we experience the power of collective vocal expression, which promotes emotional release and inner balance. We conclude by integrating the experience with a Sound Bath, where you can snuggle in and let the healing vibrations wash over you. This final phase is accompanied by grounding touches that help you to integrate the movements and sounds experienced.
This event is more than just a feel-good gathering – it offers you a deep, resource-oriented journey, supported by our extensive knowledge and experience in interpersonal and musical processes. We aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and completely at home within yourself.
